- Rear Park Distance Control (PDC) to scan behind the vehicle for nearby stationary objects.
- Six airbags (Side, rear, curtain*, drivers and passenger side) for extra safety.
- Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) to keep the driver in control and the vehicle pointing straight on slippery surfaces.
- And Hill-Assist Control (HAC) to prevent the vehicle from rolling back when your fun inclines.

Modulates excess brake pressure, allowing for continued tyre rotation under extreme braking conditions. This prevents excessive pressure that could lock the brakes and induce a loss of control.
Distributes braking force to each corner to allow for variances in weight distribution and tyre grip under braking, increasing stability, stopping distance and improving vehicle control.
Rear Park Distance Control (PDC) uses sensors to scan behind the vehicle for nearby stationary objects. Upon detection, a beeper sounds inside the cabin to alert the driver of a potential impact.
R models that have wireless door locking and unlocking, all Starlet models are installed with security technology that lock and unlock all doors by remote control, an alarm and an immobiliser.
